Great quality and nice details. The pointer, middle and index fingers don't stay upright at the top knuckles when straightened and held vertically. I'm not sure if this is intentional and all hands are like this, to allow for movement or if its considered "loose". Not a deal breaker and I think this is a great piece and I'm excited to add more pendants and other items from copperitst to my collection. I love that each piece has so many different options to choose from to customize.

The material does what it's made for, it brings out a better contrast on a jewelry with highly detailed surface just like in the photo. The material has smooth surface on one side and rough on the other side.

I'm not familiar with cleaning sterling silver with the buffer (the white stick), so I wish they would make an instructional video on how to use this. I know to many people it may be "common sense", but for someone who rarely worn sterling silver and/or had a very different way of cleaning them, would benefit from a short video on how the company maintains and cleans their sterling silvers charm/pendants/necklaces/earrings, etc..

For instance, my previous sterling silvers are cleaned using toothpaste and rinsed out with water (learned this from someone while I was traveling in Taiwan), but considering how much their pendants/charms/necklaces costs, I don't want to risk exposing it to toothpaste and water (especially it's oxidized silver), hence why purchased this cleaning kit. But I'm also hesitant on using the white buffer because I don't know which side (smooth or course) side to use and when to use it.

Overall, I really hope they release like a short demo on how to utilize this kit for people who have little knowledge about cleaning and maintaining sterling/oxidize silver materials.
