**Each of our pieces is handmade, we will send them out from our Asian studio when the local warehouses are out of stock. Any questions,please feel free to contact us at any time.
You orders will be delivered by a courier Monday to Friday.Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and sale periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing / delivery during peak season or before major festivals. Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.

Shipping Fees:
We provide free delivery for orders exceeding $129. For orders below $129, our standard shipping fee is $9.9. An extra $12.99 shipping fee is applicable to the following regions or countries: Saudi Arabia, Norway, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Switzerland, Russia, and Puerto Rico (USA)
Taxes, Customs Duties:
Normally the priced shown on our pages is already inclusive import duties. No additional taxes or customs duties are collected.
Unfortunately, we have no control over taxes as customs policies vary by country. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.
Late or lost orders
When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Coppertist.wu take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or if requested to leave with neighbour or an outbuilding.
Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at [email protected]. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (25 working days for international items).
Items not received but tracking shows they have been delivered
This may happen when items are sent to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it.
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are sure that that is not the case, please ensure the billing address matches the payment method you are using, and checkout again. Alternatively, please order again with a Paypal account. Nut's white bronze is actually in mirror or chrome finish. The storage space is quite big. The finely screw-threaded twist-open cap or lid is an added safety feature to ensure the nut or storage unit doesn't fall off. So, make sure to screw it correctly and tight.
I’ve bought a number of items over the years from coppertist and they have all proven to be top quality, the acorn pendant was no exception. The pendant is built to last and about the same size and shape as an actual acorn, truly was beautiful. A word of warning, the bottom half of mine fell off while I was walking in the city, it’s possible I didn’t screw it on tightly enough or being attached to the outside of my bag jostle it enough to become unscrewed, either way I’m going to buy another one just because they are so amazing.
Another five stars goes to the customer service, they were very responsive to all my inquiries, but sadly they cannot sell me just the bottom half of acorn pendant..

I love my acorn is so fun looking and doubles to put a crystal in it and has some good weight to it I gotta say I wish I did sterling silver but was too pricy for me but still love my piece
