**Each of our pieces is handmade, we will send them out from our Asian studio when the local warehouses are out of stock. Any questions,please feel free to contact us at any time.
You orders will be delivered by a courier Monday to Friday.Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and sale periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing / delivery during peak season or before major festivals. Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.
**We do not ship on the weekend or banking holidays, so your order will be processed the next working day.
Shipping Fees:
We provide free delivery for orders exceeding $129. For orders below $129, our standard shipping fee is $9.9. An extra $12.99 shipping fee is applicable to the following regions or countries: Saudi Arabia, Norway, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Switzerland, Russia, and Puerto Rico (USA)
Taxes, Customs Duties:
Normally the priced shown on our pages is already inclusive import duties. No additional taxes or customs duties are collected.
Unfortunately, we have no control over taxes as customs policies vary by country. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.
Late or lost orders
When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Coppertist.wu take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or if requested to leave with neighbour or an outbuilding.
Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at [email protected]. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (25 working days for international items).
Items not received but tracking shows they have been delivered
This may happen when items are sent to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it.
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are sure that that is not the case, please ensure the billing address matches the payment method you are using, and checkout again. Alternatively, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com.

We can't wait to welcome you aboard!!!It took a little while because my package was unfortunately lost during transit in Hungary, but I can honestly say that the service was outstanding. As soon as the disappearance of the package became known, a replacement was sent out immediately, and it arrived this week without any issues and surprisingly quickly.
The pendant itself is absolutely beautiful, featuring incredibly fine details and a level of craftsmanship that many people would not normally expect from a product made in China. I do not mean that as criticism—quite the opposite. I know that many buyers may hesitate when they see that a product comes from China, but I can confidently say that Coppertist.wu is a company that places both quality and customer service at the highest level. That combination has become quite rare these days, and it deserves recognition.
If I had one minor observation, it would be that I would have preferred the pendant to arrive with a little more oxidation, similar to how it appears in the product photos. However, I am confident that with regular wear, patience, and time, the patina will develop naturally. In fact, if it arrived fully oxidized from the start, many of the finer details would probably become less visible after a year of use, so I completely understand and appreciate that decision.
In any case, I am extremely happy with it and wear it with pride. It is a great conversation starter and a nice way to connect with fellow enthusiasts of paleontology and the history of life on our planet.
I rarely take the time to write reviews, but the quality and beauty of this piece impressed me so much that I felt compelled to share my experience. I can wholeheartedly recommend Coppertist.wu.

Detailed, elegant and well articulated piece. Excellent representation, down to tiny details, such as the compoun eyes. It moves with you and looks fantastic on my silver navajo pearl-style chain. I think this is my favorite piece from this seller thus far.

I just got this today and I am floored by the quality! I've been burned before by online stores and was a little hesitant to try this one, even though I saw many ads for products from here and they always looked gorgeous. But this piece is absolutely gorgeous and well made, with lots of beautiful detail. The moving parts spin freely and are well balanced, and the eye is firmly fastened to the front. Absolutely stunning work!
