If you're considering a return, a 50% fee from the original order will be applied to cover associated costs. We appreciate your understanding.
QUALITY ACCEPTANCE AND PRODUCT MAINTENANCE
Product acceptance should be completed within 7 days after receiving the goods, and within this period, no acceptance problems are considered qualified. If there is a problem with the product, the details of the quality failure should be stated, and the corresponding evidence and product photos should be provided. I have followed Coppertist for awhile and really loved the look... but I'm always skeptical. Anyhow I purchased 2 scorpion tail pendants and I am just stunned by how rad they are! I wish I purchased more!!!! The only downside was it took a very long time to get them. I noticed they also sell on Amazon now - so I guess that is an option, but you can't use coupon codes they offer with Amazon.
