How do l use points?
200 points = $1 in value.
Log in to your account and redeem your points for your desired discount amount before checkout. A discount code will be generated after redemption — simply enter it in the discount code field at checkout and apply it.
Please redeem an amount equal to or lower than your final payment amount(e.g., if your payment amount is $50, do not redeem more than $50), as unused discount value cannot be refunded or converted back into points.
Points discounts can be combined with store discounts and used on all orders, including customized orders.
Why haven't I received my points yet?
Points earned from purchases will be added to your account after your order has been shipped.
If your order contains multiple items and is shipped in separate packages, points will be issued after each shipment is completed. Once all items from your order have been shipped, you will receive the full amount of points earned from that order.
Will my points expire? Do redeemed rewards expire?
Yes. Points expire 1 year after the date they were issued. After redeeming points for a discount, the redeemed discount will be valid for 1 month.

Can I transfer my points to another account?
No. Points are personal rewards and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or shared between different accounts.
For customers who have duplicate accounts, we can support a one-time account merge upon request. Please note that only account information can be combined, while points from different accounts cannot be merged.
Why were my points deducted?
There are 3 cases in which pending points could be deducted. a. You returned all or part of an order. b. You canceled an order. c. Your points have expired.

The points earned per purchase depend on your membership level. Please note: The amount paid via reward points, coupons or gift card will not be rewarded for any points.

You can check your current points balance by logging into your Coppertist.Wu account and visiting the Rewards section.

Coppertist Points are bonus points that you can earn through purchases and various activities in your Coppertist.Wu account. To earn, check, or redeem points, you need to log in to your account first.
Your points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders, allowing you to enjoy more benefits while collecting your favorite handcrafted pieces.
How do I receive my Birthday Bonus Points?
To receive your birthday points, please log in to your account and ensure yourbirthday information is filled in under your account information. We will automatically issue the corresponding points to your account on your birthday.
How to upgrade my membership?
Your membership level is automatically upgraded when your total spending within the past365 days reaches the corresponding threshold. Our highest membership tier is Diamond+.
Will my points remain if I upgrade my membership?
Yes. Your existing points will remain in your account after upgrading your membership level.
