We offer free shipping to all countries worldwide.

You may choose to insure shipping at an additional cost. This option includes insurance in case your package is damaged or lost in transit. Shipping typically taking 5-20 working days. The exact shipping time depends on the destination country/region. We cannot be held responsible for lost items if an incorrect shipping address was entered during checkout.

Since we are dealing with international shipments there can be delays due to coronavirus outbreak allover the world.

We are paying custom fees and taxes on each order before shipping. We haven't heard that any of our customer have to pay additional custom fees or taxes.

We are not responsible for any local customs or import duties that may be applicable.

No refunds will be issued if the recipient refuses package delivery to avoid paying customs duties or taxes.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

We currently do not accept custom work orders because custom works are very time consuming. In case you want custom made order, please contact us and if we find the request interesting and challenging we may accept the order. Time for custom made works are usually around 1-2 months because the process is long and time consuming, starting with sketch, ZBrush painting, waxing, casting, quality control and finishing.
