**Each of our pieces is handmade, we will send them out from our Asian studio when the local warehouses are out of stock. Any questions,please feel free to contact us at any time.
You orders will be delivered by a courier Monday to Friday.Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and sale periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing / delivery during peak season or before major festivals. We provide free delivery for orders exceeding $129. For orders below $129, our standard shipping fee is $9.9. An extra $12.99 shipping fee is applicable to the following regions or countries: Saudi Arabia, Norway, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Switzerland, Russia, and Puerto Rico (USA)
Taxes, Customs Duties:
Normally the priced shown on our pages is already inclusive import duties. No additional taxes or customs duties are collected.
Unfortunately, we have no control over taxes as customs policies vary by country. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.
Late or lost orders
When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Coppertist.wu take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or if requested to leave with neighbour or an outbuilding.
Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at [email protected]. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (25 working days for international items).
Items not received but tracking shows they have been delivered
This may happen when items are sent to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it.
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are sure that that is not the case, please ensure the billing address matches the payment method you are using, and checkout again. Alternatively, please order again with a Paypal account. We can't wait to welcome you aboard!!!I'm really happy with the purchase though I do regret not realizing how small it's going to be. I bought this item alongside the widow and thought I could use it's bonus crystals for the nautilus as well but that unfortunately isn't the case
It also kinda seems like the color of the amethyst is darker than expected which makes it even harder to see while the nautilus is closed
Overall the quality seems great, shipment time was good and I didn't spot any imperfections
For any potential buyers: bear in mind the size and do remember that the crystal is likely going to be less visible than in the official photos
Such a cool design and built well
I absolutely love the design of the Nautilus, so nice so well kept the gemstones are so perfect too The whole thing is a little smaller than what I expected, but I can’t really complain using this as a fidget toy lol will definitely make another purchase in the near future.
Our engraving service is custom-made and takes about 2~3 weeks before shipping.
If your item is already made-to-order, the total production time will follow that schedule, with engraving included.
