New Year Holiday: January 25 – February 28, 2026

This notice applies to made-to-order and custom pieces only. Ready-to-ship standard items are not affected.

Production Schedule Update for Custom Orders

To honor our annual New Year holiday, our workshop will be closed from January 25 to February 28, 2026.
As each piece is individually handcrafted, custom orders placed before and during this period will follow the adjusted production timeline outlined below.
Orders Eligible for Shipment Before January 25

The following order deadlines apply for custom pieces to be completed and shipped before the holiday:

Standard engraving	January 11, 2026
Other custom materials	January 4, 2026

Deadlines above already include Rush Customization Service.

Orders Placed After January 25

Orders placed after January 25, 2026, will enter production after February 28, once our workshop reopens.

Estimated production times (holiday period not included):

Standard engraving	approx. 2 weeks
Plated pieces	approx. 4-7 weeks
Other custom materials	approx. 3-5 weeks

A Note on Craftsmanship

Each custom piece is made individually and by hand.
The extended timeline allows us to maintain the level of craftsmanship, detail, and quality that define our work.
