If you're considering a return, a 50% fee from the original order will be applied to cover associated costs. We appreciate your understanding.
QUALITY ACCEPTANCE AND PRODUCT MAINTENANCE
Product acceptance should be completed within 7 days after receiving the goods, and within this period, no acceptance problems are considered qualified. If there is a problem with the product, the details of the quality failure should be stated, and the corresponding evidence and product photos should be provided. If it is our quality problem, we will bear the return shipping cost and product repair cost.

Love my bracelet, it's such good quality and beautiful details, easy to adjust the rope. I would say though that the eyes of the snake are so tiny that it's not really worth it to order another colour for them, I ordered red eyes but they still look black unless you look really close and in the right light. Other than that I'm very happy with it and hope to buy more with other rope colours :)

In my opinion it looks a tiny bit awkward on thinner wrists as the snake is quite large. But it is a beautiful piece of jewelry nontheless
the black coating on the snake is wearing off extremely quickly and while it looks kind of cool so i don’t mind, but i wish i knew that it would do this before purchasing. This bracelet compliments my emerald tree boa pendant. Very unique in design and with the fine details, it just looks amazing!
I thought it would be a bit thicker but overall its really nice and worth it
After a few wears the black paint wears off showing the bronze copper underneath but overall love the desgin but is a bit expensive for something that wears easily.
