ABOUT
The Trickster Gourd draws from a folk image as old as the stories themselves: a spirit caught in a gourd, bound by seal script, waiting. In Chinese tradition, the gourd's wide belly and narrow mouth made it the perfect vessel, for medicine, fortune, or something more mischievous. We took that container, added a Taoist seal pattern, and trapped inside a small spirit: eyes narrowed, fangs bared, tongue out, still defiant. The ropes and glyphs complete the scene, capture, bind, seal. It is less a pendant than a frozen moment from a tale you half-remember.

It carries a story you can feel in your hand. The spirit's expression, annoyed, trapped, somehow still cheeky, gives the piece a personality rare in jewelry. The capsule twists open, as if the seal might loosen. It works as a pendant, bag charm, or the centerpiece of a custom cord setup. Every angle reveals another detail: the ropes, the glyphs, the glint of a tiny eye.
HAND-FINISHED
Nine separate components are machined and assembled into a 42mm hollow form. The spirit's expression, the rope texture, and the seal markings are all applied with attention to narrative coherence. Each element must read as part of the same captured moment.
Keep it perfect
Wipe gently with a soft cloth. Avoid water and chemicals. The white copper will develop a natural patina over time, darkening softly. To maintain the twist mechanism, open and close with care; do not force.

**Each of our pieces is handmade, we will send them out from our Asian studio when the local warehouses are out of stock. Any questions,please feel free to contact us at any time.
You orders will be delivered by a courier Monday to Friday.Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and sale periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing / delivery during peak season or before major festivals. Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.

Shipping Fees:
We provide free delivery for orders exceeding $129. For orders below $129, our standard shipping fee is $9.9. An extra $12.99 shipping fee is applicable to the following regions or countries: Saudi Arabia, Norway, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Switzerland, Russia, and Puerto Rico (USA)
Taxes, Customs Duties:
Normally the priced shown on our pages is already inclusive import duties. No additional taxes or customs duties are collected.
Unfortunately, we have no control over taxes as customs policies vary by country. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.
Late or lost orders
When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Coppertist.wu take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or if requested to leave with neighbour or an outbuilding.
Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at [email protected]. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (25 working days for international items).
Items not received but tracking shows they have been delivered
This may happen when items are sent to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it.
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are sure that that is not the case, please ensure the billing address matches the payment method you are using, and checkout again. Alternatively, please order again with a Paypal account. RETURN AND REFUND
Due to the particularity of your order, we hope you can understand that we do not provide return or refund service in this circumstance. if it is a quality problem, we support the exchange of goods.
Due to the unique nature of custom-made items, once we've confirmed your specific material preferences, crafting techniques, and other requirements, we're unable to accommodate returns or exchanges. Once production has started, if the order is canceled midway, a 50% fee from the original order will be applied to cover associated costs. We appreciate your understanding.
QUALITY ACCEPTANCE AND PRODUCT MAINTENANCE
Product acceptance should be completed within 7 days after receiving the goods, and within this period, no acceptance problems are considered qualified. If there is a problem with the product, the details of the quality failure should be stated, and the corresponding evidence and product photos should be provided. If it is our quality problem, we will bear the return shipping cost and product repair cost.
