Love my bracelet, it's such good quality and beautiful details, easy to adjust the rope. I would say though that the eyes of the snake are so tiny that it's not really worth it to order another colour for them, I ordered red eyes but they still look black unless you look really close and in the right light. Other than that I'm very happy with it and hope to buy more with other rope colours :)

the black coating on the snake is wearing off extremely quickly and while it looks kind of cool so i don’t mind, but i wish i knew that it would do this before purchasing. It's completely gorgeous. My only issue is that I ordered lapis lazuli eyes but they are so tiny it wouldn't matter what the eyes were, you can't see anything other than a speck that is so small it looks black. So I wouldn't recommend paying extra for custom eyes
Complete FRUSTRATION!!!
THE BRACELET arrived 7/30/26. It was loose and wouldn't stay secure. There's not enough tension between the big bead and the rope to keep the beads in place. So it comes loose with movement.
I contacted this POS company 5 to 6 times. They requested a video.
So I SENT THE VIDEO OF THE ISSUE. I was told they NEVER saw this issue which is most likely a lie.
Now TO ALL YOU POTENTIAL BUYERS BEWARE !! THEY DONT OFFER REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENT ON ANY DIY PRODUCT.
I THINK ALOT OF ITEMS ARE DIY. So if you TAKE THE RISK and item is DIY and DEFECTIVE, YOUR SCREWED.
I gave them multiple opportunities to make this right with a VETERAN.
As of 8/18/26 no refund! So contacted Credit card company and they will handle it.
I will also be notifying FACEBOOK where I found this shady so called company.
