We provide free delivery for orders exceeding $129. For orders below $129, our standard shipping fee is $9.9. An extra $12.99 shipping fee is applicable to the following regions or countries: Saudi Arabia, Norway, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Switzerland, Russia, and Puerto Rico (USA)
Taxes, Customs Duties:

Late or lost orders
When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Coppertist.wu take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or if requested to leave with neighbour or an outbuilding.
Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at [email protected]. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (25 working days for international items).
Items not received but tracking shows they have been delivered
This may happen when items are sent to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it.
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.

This is such a cute keyring! The only downside is that when the mechanical heart I got my husband is attached, the clicker doesn't move as far down, preventing the heart from pumping as easily.
You just need to slightly adjust the angle of the keyring to allow the mechanical heart to move more smoothly. We've sent you a tutorial video via email, please check it and follow the instructions.
Cute and durable! But it gets in the way of the pendant’s push button mechanism and dimishes the effect. Not a good choice for the pendant I paired it with, but a good product on its own.
