**Each of our pieces is handmade, we will send them out from our Asian studio when the local warehouses are out of stock. Any questions,please feel free to contact us at any time.

We provide free delivery for orders exceeding $129. For orders below $129, our standard shipping fee is $9.9. An extra $12.99 shipping fee is applicable to the following regions or countries: Saudi Arabia, Norway, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Switzerland, Russia, and Puerto Rico (USA)
Taxes, Customs Duties:

Late or lost orders
When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Coppertist.wu take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or if requested to leave with neighbour or an outbuilding.
Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at [email protected]. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (25 working days for international items).
Items not received but tracking shows they have been delivered
This may happen when items are sent to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it.
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. The design of Guan Yu is the best in the series' history! One thing to note, however, is that the paint tends to chip easily.
This Guan Yu figurine is really detail, all the parts of armor really meticulously crafted, I love it so much..
Personally I have been waiting for This GuanYu figurine to be released since the day of Lubu release. I am such a huge fan of Guan Yu and Three Kingdoms story so I am looking forward for LiuBei, Zhangfei and ZhugeLiang to be released in the future.

A simple cut over such a small area of face make Guan Yu stand out splendidly. The paintwork amplified the same remarkable details on the body armour. The cape & head gear is simply wonderful. EXACTLY as described, the detail is unreal and the magnetic features are really cool, if you're thinking about ordering, do it sooner vs later as there really isn't anything that compares. Customer service was also a HUGE plus, there was minor damage to the piece which we also had custom engraving done to, but customer service was super responsive and helped immediately. For amazing customer service made it so that I will only order direct, no third-party seller like Amazon, buy here and you also get points in addition to a better experience.

This one is going to be hard to beat! My very favourite of all the metal soldiers line. Since Lu Bu and later Zhao Yun were released, I just knew Coppertist Wu must release their version of Guan Yu and they did not disappoint! It captures the spirit of the legendary general of the Three Kingdoms period. I only hope they will do something finally with the loose grip. The weapon is not exactly secure. The same problem persists with all the metal soldiers i currently own.
