Necklace leaves black marks on the skin
Thank you for your feedback.
This can happen due to natural oxidation of silver and brass, which may leave marks on the skin. These marks are harmless and can be gently washed off with water.
Our customer service team will reach out to you shortly to assist you further.
Beautiful piece great material, a little pricey but understandable for custom silver jewelry.
Lovely!

Looks good quality at first glance, but only time will tell.
Nice chain, scaled piece very nicely executed, but the Neanderthal clasp really needs modernization. Simple hook & ring design comes apart easily. The chain has fallen off just about every time I have worn it. So you have to hook it, physically pinch the hook together to hold as best it will, then pry it apart to get the chain off. Not a fan.
Thank you for choosing our company and for your fantastic review! Your concerns and Suggestions are duly noted.
