**Each of our pieces is handmade, we will send them out from our Asian studio when the local warehouses are out of stock. Any questions,please feel free to contact us at any time.
You orders will be delivered by a courier Monday to Friday.Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and sale periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing / delivery during peak season or before major festivals. We provide free delivery for orders exceeding $129. For orders below $129, our standard shipping fee is $9.9. An extra $12.99 shipping fee is applicable to the following regions or countries: Saudi Arabia, Norway, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Switzerland, Russia, and Puerto Rico (USA)
Taxes, Customs Duties:
Normally the priced shown on our pages is already inclusive import duties. No additional taxes or customs duties are collected.
Unfortunately, we have no control over taxes as customs policies vary by country. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Late or lost orders
When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Coppertist.wu take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or if requested to leave with neighbour or an outbuilding.
Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at [email protected]. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (25 working days for international items).
Items not received but tracking shows they have been delivered
This may happen when items are sent to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it.
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are sure that that is not the case, please ensure the billing address matches the payment method you are using, and checkout again. Alternatively, please order again with a Paypal account. step one: To wear the open-ended bangle bracelet, it should be inserted from the side of the wrist.
step two: If the bracelet is too loose after wearing, adjust it by pinching the sides with your thumb and index finger (note: do not use too much force as silver material is unique and can easily break or deform, and may not return to its original shape).
STEP THREE: Hold the bracelet opening with both hands.
STEP FOUR: Use your abdomen for support and evenly apply force to pull the opening apart. Do not use excessive force.

I now a few pieces of Coppertistwu work so had every faith that this one would meet all expectations and be every bit as good as it looks in the pictures. It is a lovely solid piece with a satisfying weight and quality feel to it. The details are micro accurate and amazingly cast giving this piece a fine look from any distance or as close up as you want to get. I bought this in brass and were it all the time.
People comment on it often too. Personally, i think its the dogs bollox.
I do love the way it looks.
The issue i have is that it's small. I'm 6'3" it barely fits on my wrist and it's not coated with anything so the brass turns my skin green.
I got it on sale so it was worth it.
If I had paid full price I more than likely would've sent it back.
It does look good when polished up though.

How do you make it fit your wrist without falling off?
It's an open bracelet. You can adjust it gently.
Our engraving service is custom-made and takes about 2 weeks before shipping.
If your item is already made-to-order, the total production time will follow that schedule, with engraving included.
Custom orders after Jan. 16 ship in mid-March, after the Chinese New Year holiday.
