Taoist Mechanical Hand Pendant

Last piece in my Black Friday purchase this month and I am in love with it! The joint mechanisms are firmly screwed in so it doesn't hang loose. The matte finishing gives it a slight antique feel to it. Definitely a lovely piece of art to have. Delivery was quicker than I expected too (about a week and a half off-peak for non-custom orders).

I purchased the Taoist Hand pendent, the heart necklace, and 2 of the figures. Everything arrived surprisingly quickly except for one of the figures. Before I had even realized that had gotten lost in the mail, they had already shipped out a replacement.

Everything was made with exceptional care and craftsmanship except one item that had a few issues. I sent pictures of the issues, and the immediately send out a replacement.

Sometimes things don't go as planned, but knowing that this company stands by its product to ensure that, not only does it arrive, but that it arrives as advertised makes me feel very comfortable reccomending this store to others, and will absolutely be buying here again.
