**Each of our pieces is handmade, we will send them out from our Asian studio when the local warehouses are out of stock. Any questions,please feel free to contact us at any time.
You orders will be delivered by a courier Monday to Friday.Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and sale periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing / delivery during peak season or before major festivals. Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.
**We do not ship on the weekend or banking holidays, so your order will be processed the next working day.
Shipping Fees:
We provide free delivery for orders exceeding $129. For orders below $129, our standard shipping fee is $9.9. An extra $12.99 shipping fee is applicable to the following regions or countries: Saudi Arabia, Norway, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Switzerland, Russia, and Puerto Rico (USA)
Taxes, Customs Duties:
Normally the priced shown on our pages is already inclusive import duties. No additional taxes or customs duties are collected.
Unfortunately, we have no control over taxes as customs policies vary by country. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.
Late or lost orders
When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Coppertist.wu take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or if requested to leave with neighbour or an outbuilding.
Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at [email protected]. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (25 working days for international items).
Items not received but tracking shows they have been delivered
This may happen when items are sent to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it.
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are sure that that is not the case, please ensure the billing address matches the payment method you are using, and checkout again. Alternatively, please order again with a Paypal account. We can't wait to welcome you aboard!!!There are lots of dragon inspired jewelry out there, but none as detailed as Coppertist's works. I decided to get the small bead size, but you can still see so many intricate details. I went and paired it with the Masterblade Talisman Pendant and a rope necklace and now it is one of my daily must wears. Highly recommend to any dragon lovers out there and I'm currently saving up for the larger version for future necklace projects!
The attention to detail and the level skill that went into this is beyond imaginable. This turned out much better than I expected, I can see every detail. I could not stop getting compliments on the mala I made using the dragon.
I like it very much. The three way dragon bead is somewhat difficult to secure if you haven’t done it before but it looks great and seems quite sturdy.

3way dragon bead
The beads are great the quality and look is amazing. But using it as a bracelet doesn't really work for me. The length is not right for it to work for me to wear while working without getting in the way so I wear it as a necklace but at some point I will custom make my own using the beads. I guess that is kinda what you do anyway with a DIY piece.

The detail of the Dragon is exquisite. I love its expression, fierce, but in a beautiful way. It is hard to find Dragons with fierce expressions that do not look downright mean, which is sad, because Dragons are our most valuable allies.
