**Each of our pieces is handmade, we will send them out from our Asian studio when the local warehouses are out of stock. Any questions,please feel free to contact us at any time.
You orders will be delivered by a courier Monday to Friday.Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and sale periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing / delivery during peak season or before major festivals. Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.

We provide free delivery for orders exceeding $129. For orders below $129, our standard shipping fee is $9.9. An extra $12.99 shipping fee is applicable to the following regions or countries: Saudi Arabia, Norway, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Switzerland, Russia, and Puerto Rico (USA)
Taxes, Customs Duties:
Normally the priced shown on our pages is already inclusive import duties. No additional taxes or customs duties are collected.
Unfortunately, we have no control over taxes as customs policies vary by country. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Late or lost orders
When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Coppertist.wu take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or if requested to leave with neighbour or an outbuilding.
Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at [email protected]. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (25 working days for international items).
Items not received but tracking shows they have been delivered
This may happen when items are sent to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it.
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. The first Egyptian theme (or sort of) in my pendant collection. I always love articulations in a jewelry. The design looks great with the storage for the "energy" crystal ball.
I fell in love with it, never gonna take it off.
I love the pendant... It's just that I have lost the crystal that came with it. Only have to be careful when you have a crystal in the chamber.

It’s the perfect pendant and extremely beautiful! It holds crystals and the inspiration of the scarab is just stunning. I truly love the design and glad I found this before the tariffs could come into affect but even then it’s worth the every penny I paid. One of the crystals I got was a mistake was a happy mistake, I love switching them out and looking down at the pendant. As well. It’s really beautiful and brings me a joy to wear it everyday!
If I could give it a 4.75, I would have. My necklace would not go through the pendant hole. I have some of your mounting rings, but it is very difficult to thread through as well. I had to get a nail file, and file down a slot that made it lay correctly. This is my second custom pendant, and I LOVE the uniqueness of your products. Please make the ring larger.
I bought this scarab as a gift for my 21 year old daughter. I chose the stone that I felt was appropriate for her time of life and I can't wait to give it to her. I have decided to wait until Easter so I don't know her reaction yet. It arrived promptly and it's a great weight and even better in person. I just love it and will have to order something for myself one day.

I love this however the only reason I have it 4 stars is because I can not get the scarab open with ease. Supposedly you push the side and it pops open. I have to push it many different ways over and over again and try to get a hold of the shell part to make it open.
Our engraving service is custom-made and takes about 2 weeks before shipping.
If your item is already made-to-order, the total production time will follow that schedule, with engraving included.
Custom orders after Jan. 16 ship in mid-March, after the Chinese New Year holiday.
